Shiny Hair With Chamomile

 
Chamomile is known because of his great qualities and is one of the plants commonly used in herbal medicine. Conciliatory to sleep and also a great help to combat colic and hormonal disorders as well as improve digestion.

The essential oils give this plant is widely used in cosmetics and creams, toners and masks for.
Do not forget the clarifying effect on his hair blond and brown. Here are some recipes to lighten hair with chamomile to do to your home. Your hair will become shiny and bright!


Chamomile Decoction
Ingredients
  • 150 g of common chamomile
  • 100 g of roman chamomile
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 dl of brandy
  • lint
Preparation
Boil in a saucepan for about 5 minutes the common and the Roman Chamomile. Turn off the heat and cover the pan and wait for the brew to cool and filter it through cheesecloth.

Add egg yolk and brandy and mix well. Wash your hair with a natural shampoo and then apply the mixture thoroughly, massaging the head well. Leave on and then rinse with water and then with the Chamomile tea (two recipe described below).

Do the treatment at least 2 times a week.

Chamomile Tea 
(to rinse your hair after shampooing)
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of common chamomile flowers
  • 1 lemon
Preparation
Boil in a quart of water 2 tablespoons of common chamomile flowers for about ten minutes.
When cooked, add the juice of one whole filtered lemon. Use as a last rinse after shampooing.

Chamomile Tea 
(to use before and after shampooing)
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of common chamomile flowers 
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Preparation
Boil in a quart of boiling water 22 tablespoons of common chamomile flowers  for 10 minutes. When cooked, add the filtered juice of one lemon and 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar. Use the infusion both before and after shampooing.
